This is gonna get venty & personal but in more of a positive light.

I have been thinking about this all day so i thought i'd share...

Learn to forgive yourself
no matter if people roll their eyes or get angry at you
forgive yourself
you cant make others forgive you or force yourself to forgive someone else
but there comes a time where no matter what you have done in the past
you must forgive yourself to be happier.
I'm trying to learn this everyday...
Step one of loving myself and life is forgiving the rude, toxic person i had become over the years.
Personally i feel like I cant improve until i face myself and what ive done.

Now on to the things i wish i knew before the past few days.... (+ stuff i wish i could say to my younger self"

1. People move on. Its okay. It just means you have room for someone who truly makes you happy to take their place
2. its okay to cry. Its okay to vent.
3. Someone will love you. You just have to wait and the stars will align for you to meet them.
4. its okay to be alone.
5. if you arent happy with having certain people in your live, its okay to move on from them. Dont stay in a friendship you dont wanna be in.
6. Please dont cut / harm yourself. I know you are sad and you want to die but please hang in there and dont give up.
7. Treating yourself isnt selfish if you arent rubbing it in peoples faces.
8. I know you feel alone... it wont be like that forever.
9. speak / act how you feel is right, even if people will thing you are weird.
10. Dont take everything out on yourself / dont bottle in emotions.

Please learn to forgive yourself.
