Okay got the idea of this from Anomani over FA. He realy got me into gooey stuff XD. Even he manage to made me getting one for myself.

When Ciel Scarlet came in contact with an alien goofur called Anomani, she was offered the chance to join his species, the anonymous anomalies, by way of infecting herself with a piece of his goo, which spread throughout her body and turns her into a living pile of goo. From then on she became the anonymous anomaly, S’Veer.
S’Veer is an alien goofur and an alternate form of Ciel Scarlet. While his appearance resembles the form of a masculine dragon, He is actually genderless for the most part of his form. As a goofur, he is a master shapeshifter who can even alter his state of matter into any organic or nonorganic material, including latex and rubber. He can also revert back to Ciel with his gooey state as well as possess anyone by turning his victims into suits with his goo and wearing them for as long as possible without killing them.
As a dragon, S”Veer is strong enough break glass with a flap of his wings, and can tear through any alloy with his claws. He also possesses a deadly poison breath that can drain any non-poison dragon’s strength and an acid breath that dissolves anything inorganic it touches. He can also manipulate his goo as a weapon like spider webs with sticky and stretchy properties that can also drain a target’s power.
