Normally she'd roll her eyes and tease him, or sometimes she'd give a little "phtttt" and deny it all the more. It's not that she wasn't used to it because he always wanted to compliment her whenever he could but more so she didn't know how to handle it. So she'd just laugh and call him a flirt and that was that. But things were different this time; this time she didn't snort and roll her eyes or make some teasing remark. She didn't pull away and playfully slap him. No, this time her cheeks darkened crimson and she uttered back, "I adore you, too."
