Summary:

In the future, wars are no longer have a "battlefield" instead they are fought through business. Nobody dares fight against each other because they know the world could be destroyed by a mere push of a button. Without a battlefield, assassination has risen to an all time high and only those who have proven themselves are hired for jobs. Snipers kill snipers, executioners kill executioners, and silencers kill silencers. Dealers give assassins their contracts and also keep track of what happens to them. It is also the dealers job to also check off on the official list of assassins whether an assassin is dead or alive.

Everyone is known by their titles and everyone's titles represent what they are capable of. Sometimes the titles seem too impossible to be true

Descarte Implacavel the Bouncer

Appearance:
Male, black hair
He has black hair with a tribal tattoo in the middle of his forehead. The tattoo looks like a cross between a cross-hair and a sun.

Weapon:
Descarte uses a custom sniper rifle black rifle with the poem "Ozymandias" engraved in silver.

Story:
Descarte was an official sniper for the American army special forces. His team was assigned to protect the representative of America from any outside threats and kill the prime minister of Britain before he was supposed to make an announcement that would threaten the world. Descarte and his team were ready as Descarte took the shot at the prime minister position. While the bullet is flying through the air it explodes as it collides with another projectile. That same projectile then continued and killed the representative of America. 1 hour later the event known as The Red Threat, transpired.
After the Red Threat, the team broke up and Descarte was given the opportunity to become a major officer of the Accord Corps. Descarte declined and seemingly disappeared from the face of the earth, locked up in his house and only leaving when it was absolutely necessary.
One day, one of Descartes former teammates invited him as a guest to a party in order to get Descarte some fresh air and out of the slump he was in. At the party Descarte met Houston. 1 year later, Houston and Descarte became best friends and formed The Coterie. Descarte became the main assassin and Houston became the groups dealer. Together Houston and Descarte recruited more and more members until Descarte had a brand new team by which he could call his comrades.
Currently Descarte is teaching Sven about the world of assassination and duels. He is also trying to prevent Aileen from marrying him.

Reason for Title:
Famous for his ability to bounce his bullets in ways that seem impossible.

Appearance:
Female, red hair, blue eyes, pale skin, rough hands, and is built like tall and strong.

Weapon:
Aileen uses a massive mini-gun with a huge shield and scope attached it. It has painted flames around the barrels. Each of the 6 barrels contains 6 other barrels inside and each massive bullet separates into 6 other bullets in midair.

Story:
Aileen is Descarte's fiance; Descarte made a promise to only marry her if she devises the best way Descarte can die. The only thing is that Houston must approve of the "show". So far Houston hasn't approved any of Aileen's ideas, but he wants it to be the best death EVER.

Reason for Title:
She shoots so many bullets its impossible to get a single shot let alone take cover from her wrath. Where she walks, she brings hell with her.

Wears a black bandanna with a even darker spiral design.

Story:
When Jeck was a child, his village was raided and parents were killed in slave raid for resisting capture.Jeck was forced into the human slave market at 6. Nobody wanted to buy a small black kid with a temper issue so he traveled around. By the time Jeck was 7, he was bought by a Japanese Yakuza organization run by billionaire Tetsuya Yamaru. Jeck was bought as a personal sparing partner for Tetsuya's son, Yamato, in order to train him for when he takes over the Yakuza. Jeck remained Yamato personal punching bag, until Jeck was 18. In Yamato acceptance ceremony Jeck challenged Yamato to duel. Jeck had been taking it easy on Yamato for 6 years and was secretly training. Jeck demolished Yamato to Tetsuya's horror. After the duel, Jeck demanded his spot in the Yakuza. Tetsuya could not say no to this do to Yakuza laws stating that any family member killed in an official duel must become a member if he or she desires, regardless.
For 10 years Tetsuya became more and more infuriated as Jeck climbed the Yakuza ladder. All those 10 years Tetsuya sent numerous killers after Jeck, all with the promise of a 200,000,000 million dollar bounty. When Jeck was 28 the Red Threat tore his life apart. The Yakuza disbanded and Jeck became a Bounty Hunter in order to pay for his scraps called food. Jeck remained a bounty hunter for another 10 years, all while people were still after him for the bounty. Jeck never saw Tetsuya again, but the bounty remained. One day while in The Black City, Jeck met Houston in bar, after Jeck told his story Houston made deal with him. If Houston's group kills Tetsuya and eliminates the bounty, Jeck must join The Coterie. 3 days passed and Jeck impatient as he was not contacted at all. Finally Jeck got a tip from a friend of his as to where Tetsuya was hiding. Jeck had Tetsuya finally corned and was about to cut his head off when Jeck stopped. In the blink of an eye, Tetsuya had a massive hole in his head. Jeck turned around and there was Descarte right in front of him. Jeck asked who he was and Descarte replied he was part of The Coterie. Jeck was beaten and from that moment on he has been part of The Coterie, now willingly.

Is famous for killing his opponents with only the one swing of his katana.

Asian female, short black hair with 2 red streaks,

Uses long steel pointed gauntlets from the shoulders to the finger tips

Story: All that is known is that Iga is the The Coterie's most recent member and that Descarte prevented a famous assassin from killing her as revenge for his fallen clan.

Reason for Title:
Earned title from her amazing ability to stop any technique, weapon, item, skill, defense, and person

Appearance:
White with short brown hair and green eyes. Under one of her eyes is the astrological symbol of Saturn branded into her skin

Weapon:
Uses a stamp with blades in it that cut a deep smile into the person she kills. The stab mark usually is in the spine, through the heart, or in the head.

Story:
Elijah Joy was born into poverty as an untouchable. At a young age she tormented horribly and even branded by a gang with the word untouchable on her across her face. After her parents died in a riot she began to steal. For most of her life she stole, but only food and water, for she was too afraid to steal anything big. Soon every day meant either starving or eating like a normal person. Stealing and food soon became all she knew. Jewels and trinkets meant nothing to her, after all you can't eat jewels. After first Elijah joy became a myth of the slums, then she became legend among all of India. No ingredient, dish, or food item was safe from her. One day while traveling Descarte and Houston were traveling they stopped at a restaurant. Both Houston and Descarte forget their wallets, but the manager agreed that he will forget the bill if they can complete a job for him. They must protect the restaurant from Elijah while a very rare tiger heart will be eaten by the restaurants owner.
Descarte and Houston agree to take the job and stay the night at the restaurant. That same night, Elijah snuck past both Descarte and Houston completely undetected. Unfortunately for Elijah, instead of a heart she found a piece of paper where it was supposed to be hidden. She was disappointed to find the heart missing, but grabbed the paper anyway since the note was made of wafer paper. Curiosity immediately got the better of her and when she opened the note it made loud noise. Descarte and Houston rushed into the room only to find Elijah cowering in a corner. She felt terrified and thought she was going to killed as punishment, but she was wrong. Descarte instead made her an offer. In exchange for not turning her into the police, she would have to join the Coterie. She thought about it at first and declined, saying she would rather die then join some group and be bullied again. Houston though made an offer she couldn't refuse, in exchange for joining, Houston would pay for all the necessary arrangements to completely change her appearance. She agreed and became a member of The Coterie. Her messy long hair was cut short, her brown eyes were died green and the branding she had received was removed. Unfortunately the only letter that couldn't be fixed was the h under eye so Houston had it re-branded into the astrological sign for Saturn. She still has an obsession for stealing food, but Descarte and Houston have learned to deal with it.

Reason for Title:
Wears an eye patch, but is not actually blind in one eye. Inside the eye patch are thousands of screens from the thousands of mini cameras he uses. On top of the eye patch is a little switch. When the switch is in the middle, nothing happens. When the switch is flipped left, all the cameras in use explode in a tiny slightly invisible poof. When the switch is flipped right, all the cameras in use explode into massive flash bangs.
He can sleep with one of his eyes closed and can be awake even with that one eye closed sleeping. Thus he is always tired all time

Indian female, brown hair

Weapon:
A massive quiver with hundreds of weapons in it.

Story:
Ysabel was the daughter of a wealthy official in the middle east. When the government was overthrown, her family was killed in its wake. She escaped by disguising herself as a rebel as sneaking into a neighboring country. Once inside the country she used her fathers inheritance to study engineering and more specifically how to make weapons. Soon the country went to war and Ysabel was drafted. She was trained in combat, but her abilities proved to be more useful in military research and development. Soon the rebels that killed her family were killed by Ysabel advanced weaponry, but Ysabel was not happy.
She had gotten revenge against her killers, but the rebels had saved her from becoming a spoiled brat. She had found a job, made a name for herself, and changed the world. Something many people rarely ever do in their lives
Then the Red Threat happened. She was forced to stop making weapons and was threatened to either stop completely or make weapons for the Accord Corps. She chose not to join the Accord Corps and instead found work in the Black City as a Black Market merchant selling customized weaponry. She worked there for 2 years until Descarte appeared in her shop. Descarte asked her if she could make a gun worthy of the god of death. This intrigued Ysabel, so she forged him a black sniper rifle capable of near infinite possibilities. After she finished Ysabel found herself in love with the rifle she had made. To her it was the most beautiful thing in the world. When Descarte came to pick it up, he praised her for its brillance and asked if he could add one more thing. In frustration she agreed. Descarte then wrote directly onto the rifle with silver paint "My name is Ozymandias, king of kings: Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!" Then he told her that as payment for her splendid work, she could be by its owners side for the rest of her life so that she may always be there just in case it ever needed repairs or to somehow be approved. Thus, Ysabel joined The Coterie.

The Red Threat

On November 5th, 2020, the prime minister of Britain made a surprising official announcement to the U.N. In what would forever be known as The Red Threat, he announced to the world that as of that moment, every single country in the world has enough nukes to destroy every inch of the world, 3 times. The prime minister then declared war on every country in that room. Soon every representative and government official in the world was connected in some way to voice their opinions. Countries started arguing and soon every country was threatening each other. After 10min, the prime minister played an immensely loud sound of the speakers to get everyone's attention. Calmly, the prime minister explained that this was a prime example of what the world should not become. Destruction and then chaos. The prime minister then proposed the world remove all of its military and instead unite under one banner. Countries would still exist, but fighting each other would disappear, trade would be universal, and a single army formed by every other country would make sure no one country would become too powerful. Having the choice between universal peace and universal destruction, the world agreed. Thus the Accord Corps. were formed, and the world changed forever.

The Black City

The black city is literally a traveling city where everything the world would not accept is. The city stays in one place for one day and then travels to the next location where the same thing happens. The black city has many of the same aspects as a city. The four most popular sites in the city are the infamous black market, black clinic, black bank, black school, and black tavern.

At the black market a person can buy and sell anything they want

At the black clinic a person can have the world's best medical care, even if its illegal.

At the black bank a person can safely store anything without worry of thieves. Their security is legendary and the main vault is guarded by Lovat himself.

At the black school a person can learn from the best of the best, for the right price.

The black tavern is simply the best place in the world to chill and hang out. People go there to just relax and have a drink. A person is allowed to do anything they want in the tavern, but if the majority of customers disagree, the tavern is not held responsible for the consequences. The tavern essentially runs itself.

(You know you are in the black city when you see the legendary black stone. The stone is a grave dedicated to the founder of the black city. Engraved onto the stone are 3 symbols which has come to be known as the name of the founder. Their is no direct meaning, but their many translations and theories as to how the name is pronounced. Some simply don't care and just call the founder... Jack.

All those 10 years Tetsuya sent numerous killers after Jeck, all with the promise of a 200,000,000 million dollar bounty. When Jeck was 28 the Red Threat tore his life apart. The Yakuza disbanded and Jeck became a Bounty Hunter in order to pay for his scraps called food. Jeck remained a bounty hunter for another 10 years, all while people were still after him for the bounty. Jeck never saw Tetsuya again, but the bounty remained. One day while in The Black City, Jeck met Houston in bar, after Jeck told his story Houston made deal with him. If Houston's group kills Tetsuya and eliminates the bounty, Jeck must join The Coterie. 3 days passed and Jeck impatient as he was not contacted at all. Finally Jeck got a tip from a friend of his as to where Tetsuya was hiding. Jeck had Tetsuya finally corned and was about to cut his head off when Jeck stopped. In the blink of an eye, Tetsuya had a massive hole in his head. Jeck turned around and there was Descarte right in front of him. Jeck asked who he was and Descarte replied he was part of The Coterie. Jeck was beaten and from that moment on he has been part of The Coterie, now willingly.

Story: All that is known is that Iga is the The Coterie's most recent member and that Descarte prevented a famous assassin from killing her as revenge for his fallen clan.

White with short brown hair and green eyes. Under one of her eyes is the astrological symbol of Saturn branded into her skin

Weapon:
Uses a stamp with blades in it that cut a deep smile into the person she kills. The stab mark usually is in the spine, through the heart, or in the head.

Story:
Elijah Joy was born into poverty as an untouchable. At a young age she tormented horribly and even branded by a gang with the word untouchable on her across her face. After her parents died in a riot she began to steal. For most of her life she stole, but only food and water, for she was too afraid to steal anything big. Soon every day meant either starving or eating like a normal person. Stealing and food soon became all she knew. Jewels and trinkets meant nothing to her, after all you can't eat jewels. After first Elijah joy became a myth of the slums, then she became legend among all of India. No ingredient, dish, or food item was safe from her. One day while traveling Descarte and Houston were traveling they stopped at a restaurant. Both Houston and Descarte forget their wallets, but the manager agreed that he will forget the bill if they can complete a job for him. They must protect the restaurant from Elijah while a very rare tiger heart will be eaten by the restaurants owner.
Descarte and Houston agree to take the job and stay the night at the restaurant. That same night, Elijah snuck past both Descarte and Houston completely undetected. Unfortunately for Elijah, instead of a heart she found a piece of paper where it was supposed to be hidden. She was disappointed to find the heart missing, but grabbed the paper anyway since the note was made of wafer paper. Curiosity immediately got the better of her and when she opened the note it made loud noise. Descarte and Houston rushed into the room only to find Elijah cowering in a corner. She felt terrified and thought she was going to killed as punishment, but she was wrong. Descarte instead made her an offer. In exchange for not turning her into the police, she would have to join the Coterie. She thought about it at first and declined, saying she would rather die then join some group and be bullied again. Houston though made an offer she couldn't refuse, in exchange for joining, Houston would pay for all the necessary arrangements to completely change her appearance. She agreed and became a member of The Coterie. Her messy long hair was cut short, her brown eyes were died green and the branding she had received was removed. Unfortunately the only letter that couldn't be fixed was the h under eye so Houston had it re-branded into the astrological sign for Saturn. She still has an obsession for stealing food, but Descarte and Houston have learned to deal with it.

Wears an eye patch, but is not actually blind in one eye. Inside the eye patch are thousands of screens from the thousands of mini cameras he uses. On top of the eye patch is a little switch. When the switch is in the middle, nothing happens. When the switch is flipped left, all the cameras in use explode in a tiny slightly invisible poof. When the switch is flipped right, all the cameras in use explode into massive flash bangs.
He can sleep with one of his eyes closed and can be awake even with that one eye closed sleeping. Thus he is always tired all time

Weapon:
A massive quiver with hundreds of weapons in it.

Story:
Ysabel was the daughter of a wealthy official in the middle east. When the government was overthrown, her family was killed in its wake. She escaped by disguising herself as a rebel as sneaking into a neighboring country. Once inside the country she used her fathers inheritance to study engineering and more specifically how to make weapons. Soon the country went to war and Ysabel was drafted. She was trained in combat, but her abilities proved to be more useful in military research and development. Soon the rebels that killed her family were killed by Ysabel advanced weaponry, but Ysabel was not happy.
She had gotten revenge against her killers, but the rebels had saved her from becoming a spoiled brat. She had found a job, made a name for herself, and changed the world. Something many people rarely ever do in their lives
Then the Red Threat happened. She was forced to stop making weapons and was threatened to either stop completely or make weapons for the Accord Corps. She chose not to join the Accord Corps and instead found work in the Black City as a Black Market merchant selling customized weaponry. She worked there for 2 years until Descarte appeared in her shop. Descarte asked her if she could make a gun worthy of the god of death. This intrigued Ysabel, so she forged him a black sniper rifle capable of near infinite possibilities. After she finished Ysabel found herself in love with the rifle she had made. To her it was the most beautiful thing in the world. When Descarte came to pick it up, he praised her for its brillance and asked if he could add one more thing. In frustration she agreed. Descarte then wrote directly onto the rifle with silver paint "My name is Ozymandias, king of kings: Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!" Then he told her that as payment for her splendid work, she could be by its owners side for the rest of her life so that she may always be there just in case it ever needed repairs or to somehow be approved. Thus, Ysabel joined The Coterie.

The Red Threat

On November 5th, 2020, the prime minister of Britain made a surprising official announcement to the U.N. In what would forever be known as The Red Threat, he announced to the world that as of that moment, every single country in the world has enough nukes to destroy every inch of the world, 3 times. The prime minister then declared war on every country in that room. Soon every representative and government official in the world was connected in some way to voice their opinions. Countries started arguing and soon every country was threatening each other. After 10min, the prime minister played an immensely loud sound of the speakers to get everyone's attention. Calmly, the prime minister explained that this was a prime example of what the world should not become. Destruction and then chaos. The prime minister then proposed the world remove all of its military and instead unite under one banner. Countries would still exist, but fighting each other would disappear, trade would be universal, and a single army formed by every other country would make sure no one country would become too powerful. Having the choice between universal peace and universal destruction, the world agreed. Thus the Accord Corps. were formed, and the world changed forever.

The Black City

The black city is literally a traveling city where everything the world would not accept is. The city stays in one place for one day and then travels to the next location where the same thing happens. The black city has many of the same aspects as a city. The four most popular sites in the city are the infamous black market, black clinic, black bank, black school, and black tavern.

At the black market a person can buy and sell anything they want

At the black clinic a person can have the world's best medical care, even if its illegal.

At the black bank a person can safely store anything without worry of thieves. Their security is legendary and the main vault is guarded by Lovat himself.

At the black school a person can learn from the best of the best, for the right price.

The black tavern is simply the best place in the world to chill and hang out. People go there to just relax and have a drink. A person is allowed to do anything they want in the tavern, but if the majority of customers disagree, the tavern is not held responsible for the consequences. The tavern essentially runs itself.

(You know you are in the black city when you see the legendary black stone. The stone is a grave dedicated to the founder of the black city. Engraved onto the stone are 3 symbols which has come to be known as the name of the founder. Their is no direct meaning, but their many translations and theories as to how the name is pronounced. Some simply don't care and just call the founder... Jack.
