Reference for Shining Moon!
Finally made her a ref! She has been stuck with an old Flipnote design for far too long.
She is my Prophecy Oracle. I use her for a lot of my stories as she is a Walker of the Ley Lines.
To get her glowing lineart, I first make the lineart the darker blue colour. Then in a new layer on top of the lineart, I trace the lineart with a soft airbrush in the lighter blue colour. Then I change that layer type to Glow Dodge.
