I read the manga >> Death Note and it has an awesome design, I love it. So, I wanted somebody to draw in this style. I just made this character (Simon). Honestly, he isn't an OC, I made him just for my own entertainment *but that's what OC's are for* *oooh...* ...
He is in the same age as Near and Mellow (he isn't that genious, but he's intelligent enough). He drinks always tea and he is a good marksman. And he always says (*edit~ well, I noticed that something was missing in this sentence but I can't figure it out what I wanted to write here(looong ago) sooo~ I think it was something like: ) what he thinks it's true, it doesn't matter the person, he only stands up for justice (so he will also stand for a villain if justice is on his/her side).
Sorry, when I make a character I always give him/her a story too ^^'.
