First thing's off the bat, Girgorimon's design is a deliberate reference to the Windfish from the Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, which is my twin sister's favorite video game. Grigorimon is a watcher and protector for the other Generals of the Court and is the main defense for their headquarters, and a fatherly figure to Ameshamon and Spentamon.
