One day during their conversation, the Turtles and the Kirby gang were attacked by Shredder along with Hyness and the Three Mage Sisters (Francisca, Flamberge, and Zan Partizanne). Shredder told them that he wanted to rule all of New York as well as getting revenge on Splinter with the help from his new allies Hyness, Francisca, Flamberge, and Zan Partizanne.
