Thomas was beginning to think about his siblings of the E2 Class, and when Lady asked Thomas what's wrong, Thomas decided to tell her how long ago before being bought by Sir Topham Hatt, Thomas worked alongside his E2 class brothers and sisters on shunting in many dockyards on the south coast of England as part of the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway. Thomas even told Lady about his favorite of all his siblings Timothy, how he was the first one their kind build as a prototype and how much he love him since he was something of a father figure and how he was built in 1913 as an experimental prototype E2 with short sidetanks at Brighton works.
