So as we all know the Mimic was scanned into the game's software by the development team after circuit boards were delivered to Silver Parasol Games by their client, Fazbear Entertainment. The company was instructed to use the animatronics' code to speed up the development process, specifically not having to code pathfinding for the virtual animatronics in-game. However, its circuit boards being scanned caused Mimic gradually to materialize as Glitchtrap, a virus replica of himself wearing the Spring Bonnie suit. Which lead to the events of Security Breach and Ruin.
