Ever since the SMG4's Lawyer Arc started, Jack and Jessica have had trouble getting to each other because of the firewall.

Thankfully, a fire shield was on Jessica's side, so she was able to walk through and get to her boyfriend again.

But, because of Jack and Jessica being in their Splatoon and Ninjala forms respectively, Lawyer Kong wasn't having it. (Pretend he's wearing the suit, I couldn't find it on the Workshop anywhere.)
