its leaking out
   the ink from this pen
its falling out
    my sighs of dismay
im finding out
     in great leaps of plunder
      that my heart pours out
       in rush of song
   in hopes of a smile

its coming out
    my hearts desire
its bringing out
     my most transparent qualities
i go without
     a returned grace of a reward

if i am undeserving
                            then burn me now.
