(Sorry if you have been waiting!) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To start off her search she went into the Viridian Gym to check if Green was there. Sadly, there was no trace of him anywhere. So she decided to look for him in the nearest place, Viridian forest, the quietest place he could rest in. Yellow carefully walked through Viridian forest until she made it to the pond.

What she saw near the pond was a figure sitting down with their knees to their chest, standing out from everything else.

When she took a few steps closer the figure's head turned around.

A feature that stood out from everything else was the gleam of the figure's beautiful, shining green eye and that was when she knew that it was definitely Green.

A tint of red grew on Yellow's cheeks.

"Yellow? What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be going to the party?" Green scanned Yellow for a bit and slightly blushed at the sight before him to try to show no emotion whatsoever.

"W-well, I wanted to truly see if you were going to the party. I-I wanted to figure out why you're avoiding us." Yellow honestly questioned. She sat down near Green to clearly see his expression and put her hand on his right shoulder.

He observed her bright yellow eyes and the look on her face. The words that came to mind were worried and trusting. Green let out a sigh," I-I'm just stressed." He surprised himself at the sudden easiness of his confession.

"Stressed? About handling the gym? Your job as a gym leader made it look like a walk in the park. Why didn't you tell anybody about your issue?" Yellow asked concerned.

"I thought I could handle everything, but I guess it was too much," Green started to feel a spark of weakness.

"Don't you make your own decisions about taking days off?"

"I do, but then more appointments pile up and my schedule gets even more packed then before. For some reason I can't think clearly as I did when I first started. I try to straighten things out and plan ideas and that sorta helps me but-" he got cut off by a finger being applied to his lips. This action caused him to blush.

Yellow sighs and makes a caring look," Green, this isn't your usual calm self. Mmm, maybe I can help you. You can take days off and I'll take over. Well, you need to train me first of coarse. Maybe we could liven things up and be a tag team, like Liza and Tate in Hoenn." Yellow smiles sweetly.

Green makes a surprised look,"Thank you Yellow, but I don't want you to take in my sickness. I'd rather let myself suffer than see you suffer."

"That won't happen because I'll be there to help you. I'll learn your ways fast because your a great mentor." Yellow stands up with the same smile on her face, lending a hand to Green.

Green stares at Yellow for a moment,"I-I'll think about it." he pulls Yellow's hand and makes her fall near him.

Green's eyes widen and he blushes,"Sorry."

Yellow's cheeks turn rosy,"I-It's okay! It was an accident!"

They look at each other for an awkward moment.

Yellow breaks the silence,"So... when do we start training?"

"Maybe after the party. Wait, the party." he facepalms,"You're probably late."

"It's alright! It's not that important. The party is just a get together. Besides, I came for you."

"Anyways." he gets up and lifts her up with him.(A.N.Pfft~ they were still on the ground.)"We should get going."

Meanwhile, on the way to the party, Green gets a jacket from his gym and a conversation gets started by Yellow.

Yellow giggles," Funny how everything is in reverse."

Green looks at her,"What do you mean?"

She smiles,"Well, you're usually the one to fix my problems, but I'm the one doing it this time." she blushes and looks down,"I guess I learned it from you."

"Maybe it's because you gained the confidence." Green makes his rare but small smile.
