Wow... three years really slip by don't they?
I've been a fan of FNaF for three years, ever sense I've watched Markiplier's FNaF Lets play. I remember seeing it for the first time, when I saw the gameplay for the first time it looked... absolutely horrifying!
It was the atmosphere, the sounds, and the animatronic's themselves... on how they moved on their own and how they acted, especially Foxy. I just loved how his mechanics worked differently compared to the rest of the gang. How he just runs to the hallway to the office and you only have a matter of time to shut the door, so god damn creepy. Speaking of Foxy, this was before I played the game and fully understand it. I when I saw Pirate's Cove for the first time, I thought the curtains was a garage door or just some regular doors. Don't question me why, because I honestly don't know either. xD
When Mister Prawn's/I6NIS FNaF Models were released to Gmod, I was making some FNaF Fanart about with them. (You know, the actual FNaF theme to them. No, you don't get to see them because their old.)
And few months later after the success of the first game, a sequel was announced. I didn't know until my friend sent me a some teasers to it, and then the trailer, and boi let me tell ya... I was all over that stuff.
My hype levels were raised! A new place, new animatronic characters, and no doors... and the one thing that got me interested in this game (along with everyone in the community) was the story to this game. The dead children, the timelines, and the murderer.
Man, what a good year 2014 was. So many great things were going on, and I'm not saying that just because of FNaF. It was the same time when Smash 4 was happening, and I played a tone out of the 3DS version. I was originally going to skip the 3DS version but I'm glad I didn't, because of the Mewtwo DLC you can get if you had both the 3DS and Wii U versions.
And then another few months pass by, and then FNaF 3 is announced and man let me tell ya. I think I was more hyped of the third one more then the second one.
The teaser's, the idea, and then... the trailer... dear god. Everyone was hyped and so was I! I just loved how FNaF 3 was set in a horror theme attraction based on the events of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.
And then there was the main animatronic himself in the game... Springtrap. The detail put into him was just perfect, but the phantoms... they were creepy the first time, but now their just annoying.
I just loved how FNaF3 ended. How the murder of the four (or more) children dies and the place burns to the ground, and that was it for Freddy Fazbear and gang... or as we thought it was the end.
I could go on with FNaF 4, World, and Sister Location. But I think you guy's understand what I think of those, I love those games as well.
As for the books... I only read a little of Silver Eyes and as for Twisted Ones, it's cool.
I'm glad that I've been part of this community for so long, and I don't think I'll be leaving it for a long time.
Again, thank you Mr. Scott Cawthon!
