another cotl oc statue concept design
This is Astraeus, God of dusk. He's based on the greek god, but I changed some things. In the greek version, his spouse is Eos, Goddess of dawn but that doesn't sit right. I mean, dusk, dawn, seems like they'd be siblings than anything else. So that's what I did, made him the twin of Eos and Helios and Luna's younger brother. He was by Eos' side when a war broke out, tryna keep the peace.
His powers are sorta similar to Luna's, He's able to put anyone to sleep instantly with a mist and is able to see the future.
