new oc
not part of my omniversal labs universe, just an oc for class He doesn't have a name yet but their pangender, go by any pronouns and they are a sci-fi FBI agent
this is more of a "pilot" design too as I'm not completely satisfied but it'll do.
forgot to mention also, she has the touch of the tism
