some people find love in their friends and family, others find it in their idols or celebrities. it doesn't always come easily; some people spend years searching for someone or something they truly love. sometimes they come to realize that the thing they love the most has been with them since the beginning. i thought it was silly, this aspect of love.

little did i know that i had been doing the same.

dan howell has been my friend since as long as i can remember. at a glance, i can already recall our adventures at the fair last summer. dan, being his ever-so-clumsy self, had managed to trip and accidentally knock over the candy floss machine. it didn't break, but, well, put it this way: at least five children walking by thought dan was a walking pink cloud.

my childhood friend, my parter-in-crime, dan is always by my side. yeah, he is awkward, and yeah, he is sarcastic as hell, but i love him for it.

the thing about love, is, that it comes in many different forms.

dan and i love each other; he's my best friend.
