He's remarkably closed-lipped about how a 30-something year old, career criminal came to possess such destructive super-powers, but possess them, he does. Billy is a powerful Geo kinetic, demonstrating incredible control over earth, rock and sand. Fortunately for those who come into conflict with him, his imagination doesn't seem to be as vast as his power. Still, even the most basic uses of his abilities are phenomenally destructive and a threat to both lives and property.
