Ling Fan or Harmony as she is known possesses the powers of abjuration and negation, allowing her to shield an area against a specific threat or negate damaging effects. Her power can be overwhelmed by a great enough force, but that is a feat rarely accomplished. While Ling Fan has no real offensive capabilities, she is clever and creative in the use of her powers making her a worthwhile ally in combat, but where she really shines is during disaster mitigation.

True to her super-hero codename, Harmony is easy going and is not given to grand displays of emotion. She is the cool headed emotional rock during times of crisis.
