It'd take me approximately a week to write a detailed description for every separate character/mob featured here, so instead I'll just list them off from left to right and add a couple of notes below!

Miffy and Buffy, deckhands on Captain Blackhand's ship, the Grinning Demon; Ula, the Divine Sea Dragon, guardian of Elarel's sacred temple; Esther, the hungry ghost; Raziel, Queen of Imperium; Evelyn, awkwardly-buxom angelic commander and potential party member; Judy, ornery cactus and President of the Anya Fan Club; Caldryn, Duke of Flames and potential party member (but not if you chose Evelyn!); Elmira the Sadistic Android, not actually a denizen of Imperium, but a potential party member if you can convince her to give up her current gig as a singer in the town of Crabshoot Bay; The Knight of Westhaven, guardian of Lord Zephryn's hidden temple; Captain Blackhand (definitely not Vespa, definitely not sporting a fake, drawn-on scar under one eye); Merleen Figurehead, aka the bigass chubby whale mermaid; Bob, the quartermaster on the Grinning Demon; Lord Kortis Alexander Moreau, the half-neko half-demon Mayor of Del Nyan, red wine tycoon, spa owner, technically temporary party member, and generally shady character; Krog, the cannonmaster and jailor on the Grinning Demon; Thaddeus Vyle, Councillor of the vampire town of Rotwald and an even shadier character than Kortis; Sang, last of the Chupacabra and cowardly friend of Ashley's; Spiters, gross spirits of the mysterious shadowmen, and servants of Avarice, the Spiter King.

Please note that while I tried to resize some of these characters so that they were to scale, this is more of a rough comparison than a verbatim size comparison. Some notable exceptions include Captain Blackhand's Crew, who should all be a little big bigger than they are here, Kortis, who should also be slightly bigger, the Merleen Figurehead, who should be about twice her size here, and Ula, who should be about this size:
