Description
"A tengu who has been in Gensokyo for over 1000 years, when oni were still around. Her origin is a crow. She has the ability to manipulate wind. Her character is honest but not rigid. She is polite to strong people, and deals more firmly with weak people. However, she is always polite when conducting an interview. She is very intelligent, and courteous towards others. Non-combative. Although her powers are among the top class in Gensokyo, she never uses them just to show off. This isn't only a characteristic of hers, but of tengu in general."She's from the game Touhou 9: Phantasmagoria of Flower View/Scarlet Weather Rhapsody/Shoot the Bullet
She also appeared in Mountain of Faith, but she's wearing a slightly different outfit there

omg so pretty <33 i love the coloring <3 hey u use brush and smudge ya? or there is some secret artists ways >.>? I am still kinda not sure how to do the very soft look xD i guess its brush and garnisan [or wat?] blur xD

I used only a single brush for that cg look XD the main key there is the tablet's pen pressure.
I used the 1px hard round brush as the lineart; and the 9px air brush hard for the coloring stuffs. All goes to the eraser and dodge tool XD

lol i used hard air brush too but i think the one next to it too hmmm....lol i sometimes mix them but they have different names @_@ hard air brush isnt giving the same effect o_0 its that um air opacity flow brush. Right next to air hard brush XD have u tryed it before?
