-Real Name: Circe-First Appearance: Wonder Woman #37 (1949)
Circe is one of those villains who have potential to be Wonder Woman's arch enemy. She's self-centered, she betrays allies, she has the unique power of turning men into animals, she has a personal vendetta with Wonder Woman and in general, she's megalomaniac. In a way, she's like Ursula from Little Mermaid. I was requested by a friend to draw Circe and for her design, I decided to give her clothes that showcase her self-centered manner. A green robe and a darker one below. I got her crown-like thing from DC Superhero Girls but I made it green to fit her post-crisis aesthetic. I still don't know if I should've made her hair purple or brown but I'm happy with the results.
Circe Fact: Circe was actually a very minor character before the Post-Crisis Era, she quickly reformed and helped Amazonians teach the power of love.
Circe is owned by DC Comics (But the legendary character is public domain.)
