I'd say she's very much on the shy and timid side. Β Reason why I say that because of her facial expression in reaction to either being caught off guard by the viewer or seeing someone/something she really likes. Β And since usually shyness/timidness goes hand-in-hand with the more cutesy characters, I would say she's also in that category as well.
One thing I will say is that she's got a very Amy-like appearance with the pink and short hair (I honestly thought this was Amy fanart until I took a closer look and read the description). Β Maybe try playing around with her design to make her a little more unique? Β And when I say design, I mean design as in with her figure as opposed to the outfit she wears.
Overall you've got a good start; I'd be curious to know more about her--her past, what she likes and dislikes, etc. Β There are a lot of shy/timid/cute female characters out there, so find a way to distinguish this one from the rest and you'll have a very unique superstar of a character!

Yeah, which is why I suggested doing some alterations to her body design--figure, hair style, colors, etc. Adding something such as beauty marks, scars, tattoos, or even altering the hair style and/or color some could make a world of difference, even if it's not a huge change.
That's what I did with my polar bear Urso when I designed him: I made his body color uniform as opposed to having the tan muzzle like Bark does, and didn't even entertain the thought of giving Urso a belly lol.

Shes actually kinda of strong headed, and sassy. XD

I really like her design and even tho her bio's a bit cliche, I say it's a good start. I

Don't listen to people like that, they just want to get under your skin and make you feel like you should just give up on everything. It somehow gives them a weird high for some weird reason. They think they're safe behind a screen.

Just block, report, and ignore her. She's just doing this to make herself feel good. Giving in is just giving her what she wants.
Your OC is adorable, and your style is all your own, you don't have to feel ashamed just because of someone's opinion.Β
Heck, someone called my OC a Sonic recolor just because she looks similar to Sonic, but that was actually the intentional thing since I had made her Sonic's sister, plus you're going to run into characters, fan and official alike, who look similar no matter who they are. Plus, let's face it, it shouldn't matter what clothes they wear, I mean, Sonic, Shadow, Sally,Β Knuckles, and nearly every other Sonic character barely wears anything or nothing at all, so I have no clue what she means by "slutty". Heck, that term should be used more based upon actions, not clothing, and from looking at your gallery, your oc is only shipped with Shadow, not multiple guys.

Thats what I'm saying! And if she would've just asked she'd know that I didn't actually mean that her love interests are shadow, silver, and sonic. She's actually only shipped with shadow. In my story, shadow feels a want to protect her despite them pretty much hating each over in the beginning, and start growing on each other. Silver is a bit of a player. I would compare him to... Zen from mystic messenger. He never actually has feelings for her, and is actually more of a lone wolf on the inside. He's just playful, and considers her a friend that he would fight for if needed.Β
And sonic kinda not kinda sorta maybe not idk a little bit likes her.
notice my wording going back n forth? That's because in this, sonic doesn't know what it feels like to like someone, so he flip flops throughout the entire story, kinda like a mad man. He never tells anyone that he feels weird when she's around, but tails notices it. I'm still writing his his story turns out. But spoiler, he doesn't end up with her in the end. He's feelings actually don't last till the end.
