She took those blows the same way he takes those blows, by using energy. Their power comes from their infinite energy reactors. Its not ki, which is why they cant be sensed, but it functions identically. That's how everyone in this series takes and deals the blows they do.

What I don't get is you'll acknowledge that she has cybernetic components like reactors, bombs, detonators, and modifications that allow her body to channel electrical energy instead of ki but when it comes to basic reinforcement or a simple mounting chassis that is just too much for you

You know its possible to have metal reinforcement and still be human. Ever hear of metal plates supporting damaged or weakened bone? All a chassis basically is, is a few pieces of metal used to mount a delicate component on..... you know like a bomb in a gorgeous womans chest capable of destroying a planet you don't exactly want to be free floating around.
