So, I was browsing around on deviantART when I suddenly felt like drawing a random alien. Of course, I was also browsing the rest of the internet at the time, specifically this bit and so I saw Volto, the goofy advertising alien. And then I started thinking about what a slightly less goofy version would be like.

So, this is either Volto, Version 2.0, or possibly just a random amphibian-like alien dude with some sort of telekinetic/magnetic/technobabble power. One of those, I suspect.
