Very very VERY rough draft of another character from the same world as Wes.He doesn't actually have blue hair, I just really wanted to use my new marker.
...very creative when it comes to titles, aren't I.
EDIT: Some digital touch-ups on the hair and skin, and I fixed the bit of grey that was missing.
