me personally, i liked devil may cry 3 far more than devil may cry 4 (not saying that devil may cry 4 was bad, but the character nero really through me off.)

i really hate nero from devil may cry 4, he has no depth and he's just a crybaby who tries too hard to be badass and edgy, sure dante shed a tear at the end of devil may cry 3 but that was once in the game and that was at the end of devil may cry 3.

in devil may cry 5 though, nero possibly has the best character depth i've ever seen devil may cry (AND SURE devil may cry 5 is flawed with it's story, it's not perfect by any means)
but it was very good for what it was, nero being a character i ACTUALLY like through out the whole game (mind you, this is coming from a guy who HATED nero for the longest) devil may cry 5 definitely changed my opinion on nero, need i mention he's way funnier in devil may cry 5, don't even get me started on his hair cut and facial expressions.

but like i said, nero from devil may cry 4 to me was a piece of crap and will be a stain for me when it comes to devil may cry, glad he got the depth he deserved in devil may cry 5.
