There's only a few problems though
"than" in the second panel should be "then" "looks harmonically" turns to "look harmonic" and "looks more volume" can be "has more depth"

Step 2: Have magical powers
Step 3: Draw a pile of awesome sauce
Step 4: Done!

Oh goody, one of *these* tutorials.
1) Draw the sketch
2) Add some base colours
3) Add highlights and stuff.
4) Make it look like ice
5) You're done!
Perhaps a little more depth?

In the second panel, it should be "then lock transparent--" not than. In the third panel, it should be "but it must look harmonic and beautiful." In the last panel, it should be "It looks more voluminous, realistic(,) and beautiful with a reflection."

You should also show how you divide layers as well. It would be extremely helpful for colouring.
