Hello!! So I'm back, this time bringing you a new MHA OC I did because, why not? She'd be most like a background character because she's a class 1B student in UA but who caresss

Her info/bio:

Full Name: Yui Keiko
Nickname: KeiYui (given by her classmates in class 1B)
Hero Name: Luck Girl
Gender: Female
Age: 16 (Current) (ages with cast)
Birthday Date: September 20th
Height: 156cm(5.1 feet)
Class: 1B
Quirk: Lucky Luck (Emiter type)It allows her to alter people's luck, good or bad, it can also change the strength of luck (such as very very bad luck that could lead the person to get harmed, or not as bad as getting a bad grade on the exam ). She also gives good or bad luck generated randomly to 3 people (a day) who come across her, a random luck that she does not change or anything, is generated because her bad luck is contagious(it can be avoided by her using the quirk limiter bracelets) (that power applies to herself, she always has bad luck for it), the power gives her telepathy, telekinesis and levitation too. She can use her good luck to give power ups to people, but only temporally. When she uses her quirk it works as static electricity rays, she shoots with her hand a purple ray to give bad luck and a yellow one to give good luck.

Appearance:
Yui is a average height girl with dark purple hair combed in a ponytail, and yellow eyes. She mostly likes wearing black hoodies or hoodies in general. She likes also wearing pastel colors.

Personality:
She's a student from class 1B, and wishes she'd be from class 1A. She hates almost everything, is shy, sometimes aggressive, but calm and relaxed. The only person she considers a friend from class 1B is Yumiko Haruki.

Abilities and Super Moves:
She has no special super moves, only the technique of giving her friends a power up using her quirk. If she was a hero, she'd be a helper.

Equipment:
Her hero suit bracelets are quirk limiter devices that limit her quirk from affecting with her bad luck to other people that is not necessary, because her bad luck could even cause death.

Story:
Normal story, she was a calm student and yeah. She only had some problems with her quirk due to her causing trouble with her bad luck. Now she wants to be a hero helper, and help the biggest heroes with her power up skill.

Tsanukio Nohama: She takes Tsanukio as her rival. She also sees her as a pampered brat that shouldn’t be in the UA due to her age, but sometimes she considers her a good person. She hates her anyways.

Kuronio Inkuoni: Yui is number 1 fan of Kuronio's quirk. She cares for her a lot, and they are best friends.

Izuku Midoriya: Meh.

Neito Monoma: She hates him with all her soul.

Minoru Mineta: She hates him as well.

Katsuki Bakugo: He doesn't know Yui exists but still she hates him.

Denki Kaminari: She hates him because he's an idiot.

*She wants to be a helper hero.
*She hates being part of class 1B.
*She shares first name with Yui Kodai, so for not confusing them, students in class 1B call her either only "Keiko" or "KeiYui", KeiYui being her nickname.
