Description Edit 2: YAY I was bored so I finished it up.

Yep, I've decided it's time to redesign yet another one of my characters. :'D This time it's going to be Arctic! (It's about time too, that old design is just meh.) So this is the general idea of what I'm thinking as of now. I'm not entirely sure about the rest of her design, but I'll worry about that later. Anyways, just decided it was time I submitted something, ANYTHING really. So hope you enjoy it.

The marking under the eye looks... slightly... like bags. From not getting enough sleep. Sorry. x'D But I like the longer bangs and the new neck stripes!

No it's fine. I like getting the feedback. And now that you say it I see what you mean. I just wanted to have some markings there, but I wasn't sure what to put. Do you have any better ideas? And thanks!

Hmmmm.... I like the marking itself, maybe you could put it above the eye? O.o Or separate it into pieces, like Cynder's from The Legend of Spyro.

I envy you for using GIMP... I just got GIMP 2.8 (Newest version) and they still haven't fixed the fact the multiply tool doesn't work...

Well I have been using it for quite a while. I have 2.6 on this computer. (I've tried 2.8 and I don't particularly like it.) And I thought it worked, but I don't use it too often. In fact, the only time I remember using it is on Aero's ref.

Yeah, will do Between a choice of GIMP and SAI, I'd choose SAI, but I'm going to have to put the effort in with GIMP

I would've used SAI a long time ago if it didn't cost money. So naturally I just chose GIMP since it's free. xD Anyways, I wish you good luck!
