One more DA tutorial I'd been working on lately for that extra profile badge; I figured a Pikachu would be easy enough to replicate! As you can see, I ended up doing this twice over; once for a more 'standard' Pikachu design without many fancy accessories, and then a Pikachu who's nothing BUT fancy.

Truth be told, I don't use Pikachu that much, outside of a Pokemon Yellow playthrough and using Cosplay Pikachu in Alpha Sapphire- I mean hey, a Pikachu dressed up in a fancy dress and bonnet like some Victorian period piece actress? Sure, I'll use it. Always had a fondness for the Belle costume, so drawing it to fit Pikachu's shape was an interesting piece of work.
...Don't ask why she's giving you bedroom eyes. I tried to make her look more 'sassy' to contrast her Pika-partner at right, buuut I think it got a little out of hand. Ah well.
