Here's my alternate universe counterpart of Flash Man from "Mega Man 2". It's Shutter Man!

Shutter Man is a photography robot who was later modified to stun foes in place with his Shutter Flash before blasting them with a shotgun-like blast of plasma from his arm cannon. He's incredibly focused when it comes to photography and has absolutely zero tolerance for sloppy work, not to mention he's great at remembering the faces of anyone he meets. Blink Man enjoys photobombing his pictures, much to his annoyance. He also gets annoyed by Rocket Woman whenever her "ditz mode" (according to Blink Man and Froth Man) kicks in, often resisting the urge to clock her upside the head with his left hand.
