Here's another Robot Master of mine, folks. It's Flutter Woman, a Robot Master who's based on an Aztec goddess named "Itzpapalotl", an obsidian butterfly goddess who happens the ruler of Tamoanchan (in Aztec legend, it's not just the place where humans were first created, but also a paradise for victims of infant mortality)! Her Obsidian Dagger is weapon lets the user throw a spread shot of five daggers, not to mention it can be charged up to let the user throw ten daggers around them at once.

FLUTTER WOMAN
(Weapon: Obsidian Dagger)

Once a Mexican lepidopterology robot who studied various kinds of butterflies and moths (including the Orizaba silkmoth), Flutter Woman was later redesigned to resemble an Aztec goddess named Itzpapalotl after she heard of some cases where even children would get caught in the crossfire of rogue robot attacks (though Mega Man would be there to put a stop to such casualties before they could happen, yet she didn't want to take a chance where he would be unable to stop them in time). Not only is she capable of quickly flying through the air, but she can also form razor-sharp obsidian daggers from her upper wings and either launch them at her foes like missiles or use them like daggers as new ones grow in their place. After being reprogrammed, she took over an ancient Aztec temple and is said to have over a thousand Skeleton Joes working for her.

Flutter Woman is a rather ambitious individual when it comes to her goals and will even push anyone working for her to the point where she could make even a drill sergeant blush. Despite her demeanor, she also happens to have a soft spot for children and doesn't take kindly to anyone who dares harm or threaten them. Due to a misunderstanding when she first read about him, she once went after Ring Man while he was out on police duty until things got cleared up... right after Flutter Woman got restrained, of course.

"Anyone who harms the young ones... shall feel my very wrath!"
