Description
Ah this sure brought back memories from when I was a kid. I loved playing F-Zero X. I remember the first time I played that game I was blown away by the speed. I couldn't control the F-Zero machine well because of the 60fps the game had. It was glorious. Awesome game. I loved F-Zero GX even tho it was crazy difficult. Nintendo make another F-Zero please!Related content

It's an add-on game only released in Japan.
Made F-Zero X even better.
Creating your own vehicle and make racetracks like the developers did.
It's all in Japanese, but play a little with the options and you don't need to read it to understand it.
Plus they added an awesome remix of Rainbow Road from Mario Kart 64: [link]

Oh yea! I did read about that. It was for the N64DD thing right? Shame that it didn't make it overseas.

Nope.
It failed miserably, mostly because of the succes of Sony's PlayStation.
Too bad, it had great potential..
It could go online and do pretty much everything the Super Famicom's Satellaview could and more.
Well.. that's what they promised.
Anyway, if you're a collector/fan, I'd recommend you to get the N64 DD with F-Zero X Expension Kit.
Or at least experience it.

GX is hard, but awesome. It was regarded as amazingly advanced for its time due to how well it balanced the sheer speed and graphics. F-Zero X had to sacrifice a bit of graphical style for the consistent frame rate - but it was worth it! F-Zero X is a fantastic game and this perfectly captures the thrill and danger of the races.
For the record, I mainly use The Skull.

Blue Falcon all the way here. I miss that game. I used to have it on my laptop but now it wont run Project 64. The graphic on GX where amazing and I loved the soundtrack to it. I really hope there will be a new F-zero in the near future. With the studio that made wipeout being closed now is a good time to bring out another one.

I hope there'll be one too; I'd like to see the racers from Maximum Velocity make a return (I have that game and it's quite fun; I really love the Fighting Comet).

I have that game too on my 3DS. I just can't get in to it. It feels akward.

It's based on the SNES F-Zero, so those of us used to X and GX will be thrown.

You are ahead of me, then. Another game in the vein of GX is needed.
