Description
Base(Ability active):Normally, that's no any effect on him but when he use Cosmic call his Ring will glowing-
and the stars light will come around him one circle or more, so these stars circle can protect user from normal damage-
and reduce form powerful damage, more stars circle give him strong protection. In this form he can fly, summon star thowing knife
or star shuriken(can charging for powerful attack)

Over-Heat:When he use his ability too long or use skill called Cosmic Burst, the energy of ability make him heat up form over energy.
When his body hotter he will weak and suffer because he not good in high temperature(that's why he don't like heat).
He weak but this form give him speedy and his skill will power up. btw. he easily lose stamina and tired in this form
condition:Active Cosmic call over time, use Cosmic burst.

Black-Hole:This form as the ruin..When without Ring, the Cosmic call his ability will be heavy gravity-
like black hole, this is the origin of Cosmic call.
He have two black holes on his hands, normally, it's sealed by Rings on his wrist.
(on oc reference sheet you will see the black colour on his plam that's black hole sign)
Cosmic call this ability is power of gravity this is reason why user can summon energy from far sky. In this form he can control-
the black-hole but not well, It's hard to control... and back story make him not want to use.

Super:Like Chaos emerald...make him powerful(than Over-heat form) and fly without use his ability.
condition: Got 7 Cosmic emeralds (item exclusive for Meteor's Story)

ps. Super form in old design he is blue after that I change to gold for make him like shining star.
