I unfortunately haven't seen much fanart of this fantastic anime, but yours is definitely awesome ;D I love the hands! That's part of the anime. It's a comedy about a suicidal teacher and his crazy students. The one holding the scissors is Fuura, the "super positive girl", and she tends to be the one to try to keep her teacher from killing himself. |D
