Well the Emperor thinks how he can end those pesky rebels in the most possible painful way.
And his cat: "When will this insolent human being give me some food?"
Anyways, I had this leftover sketch from the drawing prompt "Villains and Cats" and I just felt like drawing Emperor Mateus from FF II because I think it would looks pretty cool when he owns a cat which is as arrogant and selfish like him .. although, we all know the cats are the true emperors of the world
And then I took the time to color it
