The rules to follow are

You don't need to ask permission to use
You do have to credit me in your artist comment and put a link back to my stock ( also when you use the psd files of the brushes or the abr brushes)
You may NOT use them outside DeviantArt, Unless you NOTE me and ASK permission. I usually grant permission if you ask
You Have to NOTE me or leave a comment under the photo or brushes you have used, so that i can take a look and fav it
No need to ask a print permission for DA Artists ,
HOWEVER outside DA you still need to ask permission before you put it up as print and to use my stock
