focusing on color and blending. im reading a book called "the sinister side" thats about right/left conventions and its super interesting and inspired the moon/stars. stuff needs work but my wrist hurts so im just uploading a wip of it. i think after this ill do a male study cuz ive drawn like 10 male figures in my whole life lol. (its not funny its sad) OTL

anyways i like where this pic is going and i hope it turns out well and im happy w/ it when im thru w/ it.
-the back shading was kinda hard to do, but im glad i got to to blend hard/soft/medium edges.
-i hope it looks like she has enough color, like i hope she doesnt look translucent (or buttery if i overdo it)
-i want her to look independent and alone but not in a sad way
-i rlly liked coloring her skin, i didnt realize it could be so colorful but like not show it?? (were all rainbows)
-in the end i might go for a norman rockwell kind of feel for the bg/prop things??

(i feel like ive never really done anything like this but i showed it to my twin sis and she didnt seem to impressed/surprised or anything, but to be honest she nvr rlly is lol. ^^ i kinda feel like this is a changing point for me ??)

even tho this is a work in progress it would be nice if you could give feedback, the best time to fix something is before its done
