This page was done while I was in Japan, stuck on a bullet train to Tokyo. The busts are quick sketches I did of fellow passengers. To my frustration, I can't draw people from life to save my rump, so I was determined to try. Alas, none of them look a thing like the people themselves. That girl in the middle in particular looks like she's possessed. And I think my constant glances her way gave her the creeps.

The full body one is a concept sketch for the main character of the OTHER story rivaling for next in line. I'm pleased with it, but also have a different design that I also like. Still working to decide which one to stick with.
