Im guessing you can guess this is Umbreon's Pre-Evolution ^^Embreon
Evolves into Umbreon at Level 54 whilst holding a dawn stone at 6am
It is created when either:
A female Eevee is evolved with max happiness in the Old Chateau: Room with Rotom (Room with TV) at EXACTLY 21 seconds past 11.34pm
or
A male Eevee is bred with either Dialga or Palkia when both Eevee and Dialga/Pakia have max happiness.
Embreon is known as a legendary pokemon by most people as it is has only been seen twice when it was created.
It has a very kind and gentle nature and is known to cure deadly diseases then disappear without a trace.
When Embreon evolves into an Umbreon it passes down its nature so the Umbreon is much gentler than one evolved from an Eevee
