This "Sprite" is from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages when fighting the Miniboss in the Ancient Tomb Dungeon (Lvl:8) The Death Stalfos (or Blue Stalfos or Reaper Stalfos which ever you like to call it) Charges a "energy ball" and if it hits, you get turned into a baby. (Same goes for him as well only he turns into a bat)

Note: My picture and the In Game Screenshot look alittle different because I noticed that if you play the game on the Gameboy SP and strech the screen it will sometimes make Link look like the one in my picture.
