Bio:
Creation of Discord, one of many but the most important.
After Discord escaped from his stone prison and went to wreck havoc on Ponyville he created many creatures in his nonsensical image. He created many thing winged toads, long legged rabbits and more. But Screwball was special, she was a pony made of chaotic energy, an earth pony in vision but full of magic. She had the ability to fly, cause illusions and most this discord could but to a lesser extent.
However When discord was once again sealed away, so were he powers. She stayed in physical form but could no longer do any of the special things she once was able to. She now was just the funny looking horse.

Which as bad as it sounded to lose her powers, this led to better life. in losing her flight she fell from the sky right on top of Pokey Pierce the young cute local tatoo artist who mere moments ago was frightened by discord creations. Like a flick of a light they both changed, in love at first site they forgot of anything bad moments ago.
They two became like love sick fools for weeks following. They were best friends and were promised to be there for each other.
So when Screwball realized that, she a creature made purely from discords magic was good then maybe discord could be good.

She took her claims to Canterlot straight to the top, right to the princesses themselves. Pokey stood by her the whole way as Screwball expressed that she believed Discord could change and then his alliance could even benefit equestria. (in truth it was all these things but Screwball couldn't help seeing Discord as more than a creator and that of a father.)
It took months of going to and from Canterlot to convince and make a plan for Discords revival to go smoothly. This ended with them sending the Chaotic draconequus to PonyVille to met Fluttershy.
Discord was deemed, well redeemed by the Princesses. Though through the next months and even years they would come to deal with some bumps in the road with his behavior he would come to learn to be a better friend and person to others.

Screwball even got to rekindle her bond with the creature she called father.
Screwball and Pokey got engaged on their one year anniversary and later were married.
by 20 they had their Giant baby girl Happy Daze who while loving her family and being from the loud and proud chaotic family she had, was quiet shy and nervous about her magic in public.
Discord love his granddaughter very much and tends to spoil/embarrasses her often.
