You had felt pretty humiliated when you failed your last midterm and even more so when your university had suggested you get some peer-tutoring. But this might have been the final straw: Helen was known throughout the school as being an awkward, quiet goth. You had been in anime club together Freshman Year but had to give it up in order to keep up with sports practice. In the ensuing semesters she had undergone a massive growth spurt and was maybe even still growing! She had gone from the butt of your jock friend's jokes, to just having a straight up amazing butt.

Your eyes traveled up, and up, AND UP until you saw that she had been smirking down at you the entire time.

"I'm just grabbing a few more books from the top shelf, hope you don't feel emasculated--I could grab a chair if you wanted to help?" She gave you a joking punch to the shoulder that you weren't quite willing to admit almost knocked you back, "I've reserved a private room for our session, hope you're ready to work!"

By the way she said it, you weren't entirely sure she meant studying when she said work.
