Thanks to the straw, and with some further assistance from a friend, it was easy to sip back and forth between the two deliciously distinct flavor profiles. The earthiness of the savory Matcha juxtaposed the floral tones of the sweet Sakura. So much so that the thin line separating the contrast became muddled before too long.

With one last hoorah, a little garnish splashed into the beverage. Sinking down while sipping up what they could before the pastel two-toned mixture muddled into muddy brown upon the faux wooden table.
