I have MS Paint, paint.net & GIMP (all free XD)
paint.net ? for me, i'm not a fan easier for backgrounds my opinion, i'm more use to ms though.

Haven't used gimp that much yet~ but it has a lot of tools that the others don't like airbrush XD
