Heh well Penny's got a fair few tie up scenes under her belt, can't think of many toon girls/women who have more.
Plus in the Greenfinger ep after brain loosens the knot she manages to untie herself, then when she hears MAD agents coming back she ties herself back up again in the same pose...

Or he could be tied sitting up, with his arms bound behind him (wrists crossed or parallel) and bound to his body mid-way down his chest, his legs tied above his knees and around his ankles. After that I kinda see that she'd be:
A) Standing behind him pulling the otm gag tight on him.
B) Standing in front of him, having bound and gagged him, in a triumphant pose giggling about "Let's see if you can escape".
C) Perhaps she sits on him, grinning into his face, and again giggles about seeing if he can escape.
D) Maybe she lounges on the floor in front of him watching for a while, before to '
