I've taken too long with this, a result of procrastination.
The skin tones are a mixture of soft charcoal pencil and sprinkle airbrush, soft conte for the eyes, wet details acrylic for the eyelashes, with detail opaque acrylic and fine feathering oils for the jacket, oil bristle and palette knife for the hair, and bristle brush for the background
