Like every army there is the 'hackers' called Data Slicers these individuals are constantly fighting different universes transmissions, decrypting the data by slicing the packets and reading the encryption itself. Amazon is the oldest and strongest armies in the Galaxy often acting as 'Peace Makers' they have quelled the small wars and civil wars through out the Galaxy. Data slicers sniff out these altercations, then the Amazonian Galactic Forces are dispatched to said Universe and intervein. Many Universes in the Galaxy hate Amazonians for this.
