Thanks! I use a product called apoxie-sculpt which I got from a taxidermy place. The chest and head are primarily made of that. The head also has some sculpy & styrene elements.
Basically I make a big wad, then shave it down to a basic shape, then add more. For instance, most of her chest is all one piece, but the the fake cockpit/windsceen thing I added later to make the sculpting easier.
